ini cara baru buat bikin baked potato, kalo dipotong begini rasanya jadi agak lebih crispy and keliatan keren kalo loe serve di piring pas dinner or temen2 dateng hahaha
simple beud bikinnya sebenernya...
terserah kentangnya mau berapa,
loe potong kaya bikin thin slice tapi jangan sampe putus yah...
abis itu masukin ke dalam pan dilumurin ama olive oil terus kasih garam and merica sedikit and add a bit oregano bubuk dan thyme bubuk..
baked it for about 20-30 minutes and then you are done
this is great to accompany steak or grill chiken gituh

resep caramelized cinnamon vanilla banana sandwich
Cinnamon vanilla banana sandwich
simple breakfast for champion nih yah :
1 banana / pisang cavendish
sweetened condesed milk / susu kental manis
cinammon bubuk
butter
wheat loaf bread /roti gandum tawar
how to / caranya :
1. potong-potong pisang cavendish dengan ketebalan sesuai selera yah
terus dipanggang di atas teflon atau pan anti lengket pakai butter yah, terus kasih cinnamon bubuk sedikit :)
2. terus siappin roti tawar gandumnya olesin butter and panggang juga di atas pan anti lengket sampai kecoklatan
3. abis itu atur pisang ke dalam roti tawar yang sudah dipanggang tersebut and tuangkan susu kental manis sesuai selera abis itu tutup paki roti lagi...
believe me ini nom nom nom abis hehehe
cut the banana the way you like it and grill it with butter and add a bit of cinnamon on it
after that you need to also grill the wheat loaf bread with butter until it became goldenish brown
after that just like making a sandwich, put the banana as the filling and add the sweetened condensed milk... and voila... you got a 1 nom nom sandwich :)

RESEP SAUS CREAMY CARBONARA PASTA
Penasaran pengen bikin creamy pasta yang rasanya kaya di restoran gitu deh... saus creamy carbonara yang gurih dan kental dan ga cuman kerasa susu'nya ajah
okay basically ini resep tanpa krim secara di Indonesia susah nyarinya, gue ganti pake liquid whipping cream yang banyak ada di supermarket
oh ya untuk pastanya terserah yah mau pake pasta apaan, mau spaghetti, fetucinni, bowties, penne, etc etc
Bahan Carbonara Sauce :
2 siung bawang putih cincang halus
1/2 siung bawang bombay besar, cincang halus
basil kering
biji pala bubuk
Olive oil
susu putih segar
Liquid whipped cream alias wihpped cream cair, gue pake ini karena nyari krim susu agak susah yah :)
keju quick melt or any cheese bisa kok
smoked beef
sosis
garam merica secukupnya
tepung terigu & maizena
cara bikin :
1. untuk bikin saus creamy carbonara ini gampang sik tinggal ditumis, pertama panasin olive oil and masukin bawangnya sampe harum
2. masukin deh tuh smoked beef & sosisnya and bubuk basil sedikit
3. masukin susu putih & whipped cream cair aduk2 and sambil masukin sedikit bubuk biji pala
4. ambil 2 sdm tepung terigu and masukin ke dalam sauce and 1 sdm tepung maizena (dilarutin pake air dingin dulu baru masukin ke dlm saus) buat mengentalkan saus
5. terakhir kasih kejunya and as usual kasih garam and merica secukupnya yah

KUE KUKUS JAGUNG KEJU - CORN CHEESE STEAM CAKE
Resep kue satu ini are coming from all super fresh ingredients, no additives and no chemical ingredients are involve.and best of all... no butter and no milk :)
so I consider this is one of healthiest cake recipe of all time hehehe
okay yang perlu diingat cuman satu hal to make a successful kue kukus jagung keju ini... use only fresh sweet corn (jangan yang kalengan) and also sabar mengocok adonan sampai kaku jadi ga akan turun, ah ya satu hal lagi... sebelum mulai ngapa2in dengan preparationnya... hal pertama yang dilakuin harus panasin kukusannya duluan, biar saat adonan masuk ga mulai dari dingin ke panas, tapi langsung ketemu suhu panas jadi kemungkinan kue turun ga terjadi
okay here is the recipe yaaaak
THE INGREDIENTS :
Telur 4 buah / 4 eggs
74 gr of sugar / Gula Pasir
120 gr jagung manis diuleg or di blend sampai halus / fresh sweet corn, blended till smooth
60 gr tepung terigu / all purpose flour
40 gr tepung beras / rice flour
(tepungnya disatuin and diayak yah / mix well the 2 flours)
50 ml canola oil or simply any cooking oil will do
50 gr or more cheddar cheese or keju cheddar
1/2 sdt garam / 1/2 tsp of salt
HOW TO / CARANYA YAAAK :
1. Telur, gula & garam and lastly masukin si jagung yang udah dihalusin
Eggs, sugar & salt... and lastly add the blended fresh corn
campur telur and gula lalu mix sampai kaku yah,
biasanya gue itu mix gradually dari speed 1 selama 5 menitan, terus lanjut ke speed nomer 2 selama 10 menitan and speed ketiga sampai 20 menitan...
emang agak lama tapi believe me its worth it
jadi nanti akan kaya di gambar ini yah... dari speed kecil sampai adonan kaku, adonannya yang tadinya kuning jadinya akan agak keputihan yah warnanya
dan saat adonan sudah cukup kaku, pelan pelan turunin speednya ke nomer 1 dan masukin si jagung yang sudah dihaluskan tadi, cukup mix sebentar ajah sampai kecampur rata yah abis itu mixernya matiin karena abis ini akan hanya aduk pake spatula ajah
mix the eggs and the sugar, mix it till reaches stiff peak... I usually mix gradually from mixer speed no.1 around 5 minutes, speed no. 2 for 10 minutes and speed no 3 for 20 minutes.. until it reaches its stiff peak... a bit white and looks very soft
and when the dough reaches stiff peak, lower down the mixer speed and add the fresh blended sweet corn onto the dough, after mixed well.. just turn off the mixer and now you will need spatula
pour the mixed flour onto the dough
ambil spatula dan sendok makan, masukan campuran tepung tadi satu sendok demi satu sendok sambi diaduk pelan pake spatula yah.. kaya di gambar ini ajah caranya deh :)
add the 2 flour that we had mixed earlier, and pour into the dough using table spoon and stir it well with spatula.
please remember to pour the flour 1 spoon at the time yah
3. masukin keju parut and minyak tadi sedikit demi sedikit dan tetep diaduk pelan pake spatula ajah yah... aduk sampai rata yah
3. now its time to add the grated cheese and the oil, litle by litle and stir it well with spatula yah
4. masukin adonan ke dalam loyang yang dialasin kertas roti yah, biar nanti ga lengket kalo diangkat :)
terus tinggal dikukus selama 30 menit, jangan lupa kukusannya dah harus dipanasin duluan yah
4. pour the dough onto baking pan that is layered with baking papper yah, so it will be sticky when you want to serve it :)
steam it for around 30 minutes and then you are done :)
cuss... silahken mencobaaaa!!

resep kue mangkok tape - homemade recipe
this is one of my fav traditional cake, manisnya buat gue pas and ada rasa yang legit dari tape singkong atau yang sering dibilang peuyeum ama orang sunda :)
bikinnya gampang, ga perlu pake mixer or electronic devices so I believe this can be done easily at any kitchen :)
i try to make this step by step cooking, biar keliatan gampangnya hehehe
jadi kalo yang mau masak ga stress duluan... buat gue ini adalah jenis kue yang jarang gagal kalo dimasak... karena gampang banget jadi success rate'nya tinggi hehehe
so there you go have a fun cooking this traditional delicacy :)
The ingredients :
100 gr gula aren/jawa
100 gr gula pasir
150 ml air
200 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur
100 minyak canola, or kalo ga ada bisa ganti pake minyak goreng biasa
150 gr tape singkong haluskan dengan garpu
1 sdt baking powder
3/4 sdt baking soda
1/2 sdt garam
alat yang diperlukan :
panci untuk merebus gula
dandang kukusan
baskom untuk membuat adonan
whisk or kocokan balon
garpu untuk halusin tape
alumunium cup yang kecil2 and kertas cupcake kecil
step by step on what need to be prepare yah :
yang harus disiapkan :
1. pertama rebus gula aren/jawa + gula pasir dengan 150 ml air sampai gula cair, sisihkan dan dinginkan
2. campur tepung terigu dengan baking powder, baking soda and garam, aduk dan sisihkan
3. lumatkan tape dengan garpu sampai halus, jangan lupa buang seratnya yah
Cara bikinnya yah :
1. campurkan gula yang tadi sudah didinginkan dengan tepung yang sudah dicampurkan baking soda, baking powder dan garam tadi, cukup aduk dengan whisk ajah ga usah pake mixer
2. setelah itu masukan tape yang sudah dihaluskan tadi yah, dicampur sampai merata
3. lalu masukan 1 butir telur dan kocok merata
4. terakhir masukan minyak goreng tadi, terus kocok dengan whisk sampai merata
last step is the most fun one... taruh adonan ke dalam cup kecil, nah kalo gue biar ga lembek kena air kukusan gue taro itu di atas cup alumunium foil kecil yang banyak ada di supermarket
karena kalo sampai bagian bawahnya kena air nanti akan melempem :)
cukup kukus selama 20 menit and there you go... you have your own homemade kue mangkok :)

Easy recipe for Hainam rice
Hainam chicken rice - the magic of slow cooking
pertama itu adalah merebus semua bahan dasar, dimana kita akan pisahkan antara kaldu dengan ayamnya
langkah kedua adalah memasak nasi hainam
langkah ketiga adalah memasak ayam hainam
langkah ke empat adalah mebuat kuah hainam
there are 4 basic step to create this dish: langkah kedua adalah memasak nasi hainam
langkah ketiga adalah memasak ayam hainam
langkah ke empat adalah mebuat kuah hainam
1st is to boil the whole basic ingredients, where later on we will separate between the broth and the chicken
2nd is to cook the hainam rice
3rd is to fry the chicken
4th is to make the soup
1st step the basic ingredients / bahan dasar :
2 liter of water / 2 liter air
1 whole chicken make it into 14 pieces / 1 ayam utuh dipotong 14 bagian
15 cm of ginger or you can add more coz I like it more / 15 cm jahe atau lebih
150 gram of spring onion chopped into big pieces / 150 gram atau 3 batang besar bawang daun potong kasar
salt & pepper
caranya :
rebus ayam dengan semua bumbu'nya selama 1 jam atau lebih sampai ayam empuk dan kaldunya nampak berminyak dari lemak ayam, masak sampai kaldu tinggal 1-1.3 liter
pisahkan ayam dengan kaldunya
how to do this :
boil the chicken in the water, and simply throw in everything (ginger, spring onion, salt & pepper) for 1 hours or more until the chicken are tender and the broth are oily given from the chicken fat
and the water reduce until around 1-1.3 liter
separate the chicken with the broth
langkah ke 2 adalah bikin nasi hainam :
2nd step is to create the hainam rice :
3/4 liter rice/beras
1 liter the broth / kaldu yang dipisahkan tadi
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped/ bawang putih di cincang halus
sesame oil... lots of it :) / minyak wijen yang banyak yah
salt
cara bikin nasi hainam :
1. tumis bawang putih dengan minyak wijen secukupnya
2. terus masukan tumisan bawang putih tadi ke dalam kaldu ayam tadi,
3. masukan beras ke dalam kaldu tambahkan garam sedikit dan dimasak dengan cara di aron sampai air kaldu habis
4. setelah di aron kukus nasi sampai matang selama 45 - 60 menit
how to make hainam rice :
1. saute the garlic with sesame oil for a while and then put the sauteed garlic onto the chicken broth that we had separated earlier
2. boiled the broth with garlic add a bit of salt and then put on the rice onto the broth and stir up until the water are all dried up
3. after that cook the rice on the steamer and cook for 45-60 minutes till the rice are cooked perfectly
langkah ketiga masak ayam hainam :
1. ambil ayam yang sudah dipisahkan dari kaldunya tadi dan lumurin dengan minyak wijen secara merata dan tambahkan sedikit garam
2. goreng ayam tersebut sampai terlihat coklat keemasan lalu angkat dan tiriskan lalu sajikan
3rd step cook the hainam chicken :
1. take the chicken that we had seperated from the broth, and cover the chicken evenly with sesame oil and a bit of salt
2. deep fry the chicken until it looks golden, take it off from the fryer and drained it so you can serve it on a plate
2. goreng ayam tersebut sampai terlihat coklat keemasan lalu angkat dan tiriskan lalu sajikan
3rd step cook the hainam chicken :
1. take the chicken that we had seperated from the broth, and cover the chicken evenly with sesame oil and a bit of salt
2. deep fry the chicken until it looks golden, take it off from the fryer and drained it so you can serve it on a plate
nah bonusnya adalah bikin sambal jahe'nya :)
giling cabe merah besar sebanyak 3 buah, lalu rebus dengan sisa kaldu sekitar 200 ml bareng 5 cm jahe yang diiris tipis memanjang dan 1 buah tomat yang sudah dihaluskan dan 5 sdm saus sambal
beri garam lalu sajikan
well the bonus would be to make the ginger chili sauce recipe :
mashed 2 big chili, and thinned chopped 5 cm of ginger and 1 tomato then add 5 tbs of chili sauce, after that boiled with 200 ml of the left over broth
and viola you will have the complete set of hainam chicken rice dish at home :)

okay this is how to prepare it :)
ingredients to marinade or saus perendam :
tenderloin/sirloin meat
3 cloves of garlic/bwg putih crushed and chopped/geprek and cincang kasar
1/2 of small onion/bwg bombay chopped/cincang kasar
3 tbs/sdm oyster sauce/saus tiram
salt & pepper / garam & lada
coke (any brand but I prefer to use coca cola)
simply mix all the ingredients into a bowl, and rub the meat with the herbs
and afterwards pour on the coke until the meat are soaked, marinade it for 1 night
and its ready to be grill :)

Dumpling Soup Recipe a.k.a resep pangsit kuah
okay tonight I will share you that simple dumpling soup recipe,
the dumpling filling are made from shrimp and chicken (which is very easy to do) and what most important would be the broth... I uses chicken broth with that special fresh herbs...
let me take you first on how to make the dumpling filling :
dumpling filling ingredients a.k.a bahan isi pangsit :
100 gram shrimp
100 gram chicken fillet
2 cm ginger, finely chopped
2 garlic, finely chopped
1 egg
2 spring onion
100 gram broccoli (this is optional but I just love add vegies onto the filling)
1-2 tbs flour or corn starch
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt or more
1 tbs sesame oil
how to do it :
chopped everything finely, and mix all together in a bowl, add seasoning and eggs and the flour, easy right?
and how about the dumpling skin? okay I tell you this secret... we can buy it in the supermarket,
here i use the dumpling skin that I buy in the supermarket, its like on the picture
just take 1 tsp of the filling you made and put it in the dumpling skin and fold it the way you like it, oh ya to glue the dumpling skin when you want to shape it you can use egg white as the glue :)
prepare boiled water, and throw the dumpling u made to the
boiling water for a minute or two... and its done :)
okay now come to the second main ingredients which are the nice soothing warm broth that we all like it, here is how to make the broth
ingredients for the broth a.k.a kaldu :
1500 ml of chicken broth or beef broth
2 tsp of sesame oil
2 cm of ginger, just chopped roughly
3 garlic, just chopped roughly
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
spring onion (use it the way you like it)
