Siomay Ayam udang ini sebenernya simpel banget bikinnya, cuman waktu preparation bahan-bahannya emang agak sedikit makan waktu...
kenapa gampang? soalnya yang penting semua bahan dicincang and dicampur abis itu masukin ke dalam kulit pangsit and then tinggal dikukus and you are done :)
perfect snacking kalo pas weekend sik menurut gue hehehe, and kalo ga abis... bisa disimpan di kulkas terus kalo mau makan lagi you can simply reheat it with Microwave :)
BAHAN-BAHAN SIOMAY :
1. 300 gr fillet dada ayam, di cincang yah
2. 300 gr udang kupas, dicincang kasar ajah yah
3. 1 buah bengkoang & 1 wortel, semua diparut halus (pisahkan)
4. 2 batang bawang daun, cincang juga
5. 4 siung bwg putih, cincang halus
6. 2 butir telur
7. 5 sdm Kecap Asin& 3 sdm minyak wijen (lebih boleh loh)
8. Kulit Pangsit
9. garam, merica and royco kalo suka
10. 250 gr tepung sagu yah (lebih juga boleh yah)
CARA BIKIN :
1. campur semua bahan yang sudah dicincang (ayam, udang, bawang putih, bawang daun and bengkoang) ke dalam wadah dan aduk rata
2. masukan telur ayam dan aduk rata, tambahkan kecap asin & minyak wijen lalu aduk rata
3. masukan tepung sagu lalu aduk rata, tambahkan garam & merica secukupnya
4. ambil satu sendok makan penuh adonan lalu masukan ke dalam kulit pangsit dan cukup ditekuk saja yahdan cukup taruk parutan wortel diatas adonan siomay td lalu kukus selama 15 menit dengan api sedang... and then voila you are done!

Resep Oats & Cornmeal Pancake - New Healthier choice
Mulai bosen dengan pancake yang biasa, and so try to make this new recipe dengan bahan yang kebetulan masih ada di rumah :)
and masaknya juga gampang bingits kok, ga perlu mixer cukup pake kocokan balon or whisk :)
maybe this can be a healthier choice for pancake :)
Bahan / Ingredients :
1. 3/4 cup oats
2. 3/4 cup cornmeal (tepung jagung warna kuning yah, bisa beli di supermarket)
3. 1/2 cup tepung / flour
4. 4 sdm gula / 4 tbs sugar
5. 1 1/2 sdt/tsp baking powder
6. 1 sdt/tsp baking soda
7. 1 - 1 1/2 cup fresh milk or buttermilk
8. 1/3 cup cooking oil
9. garam / salt
10. 1 egg
Cara Bikin / How to make :
1. campur semua bahan kering (tepung, oats, cornmeal, gula, baking powder, baking soda, garam) aduk sampai merata
mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt)
2. masukan telur lalu aduk merata, lalu masukan susu dan kembali aduk merata, diamkan selama 10 menit baru masak agar bahan mencampur dengan baik
add the egg and whisk well, then add the milk whisk well until all the ingredients are mixed, and leave it for 10 minutes to allow all the ingredients to absorb the milk
3. siapkan loyang anti lengket, lalu masak dengan ukuran sesuai selera
prepare the pan, and go ahead cook it with whatever size you wanted... you now have your own oats & cornmeal pancake :)

Resep Gluten Free Creamy Broccoli Soup - Brokoli Krim Sup
Broccoli is one of my fav vegie, too bad the boys didn't like it as much as I did. So I have to find tricky way to make them eat this nutritious ingredients :)
Most of broccoli cream soup uses heavy cream and cheese, which is not really healthy if you think about the calories etc.
And so I try to substitute heavy cream and milk with potato to keep the creamy texture of this soup... and yet again I realized this is one of that delicious kind of gluten free meal.. okay here we go... I will share this very simple delicious recipe
BAHAN/INGREDIENTS :
1. 2 bwg putih dicincang kasar/ 2 garlic, crushed and chopped
2. 1 bwg bombay / 1 onion, finely chopped
3. 1 Brocolli yang besar potong kecil / 1 big broccoli, cut into pieces
4. 3 cup kaldu ayam/ 3 cup chicken broth
5. 2 kentang yang besar, dipotong kecil / 2 big potatoes, cut into pieces
6. 1 batang selederi kecil / 1 small celery
7. biji pala bubuk / nutmeg
8. garam & merica / salt & pepper
9. olive oil or you can also use canola oil
CARANYA / HOW TO COOK :
1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum
saute garlic and onion until its tender
2. Masukan kentang yang sudah dikupas dan dipotong kecil, lalu masukan air kaldu dan rebus sampai kentang agak empuk
throw the chopped potato into the skillet, and then add the chicken broth and boil the potato until it became almost tender (around 10 minutes)
3. Masukan brokoli yang sudah di potong kecil, rebus selama 7-10 menit atau sampai brokoli empuk, masukin seledri lalu matikan api
after that just put the chopped brocolli and boil for another 7-10 minutes or until it gets tender, and put in the celery
4. Haluskan sup tadi dengan blender atau food processor sampai lembut
blend the boiled soup with blender or food processor
5. Panaskan sup yang sudah diblender itu ke dalam panci tadi, lalu tambahkan garam, merica dan bubuk biji pala. Rasakan apakah garam dan merica sudah cukup lalu sajikan. (option kalau mau pakai kaldu kaya royco juga bisa kok, dan menambah rasa)
after the soup are blend, put it back onto the pan and use small heat then add salt, pepper and a litle bit of nutmeg. Taste the soup and serve :)

RESEP EASY HOMEMADE DONAT KENTANG - POTATO DOUGHNUT
DONAT KENTANG
This is the most delish doughnut evah :)
my boys love it so much and so easy to do
this potato doughnut have that its own signature of sweet savory and fluffy texture
Ada rasa manis and that specific soft texture karena pakai kentang, so easy to do and believe me you will get addict to this 1 easy meal :)
BAHAN / THE INGREDIENTS
CARA BIKIN / HOW TO :
1. campur semua bahan kering : tepung, susu bubuk, yeast, gula, aduk rata semua
mix well all the dry ingredients : flour, yeast, powder milk and sugar
2. masukan kentang yang sudah dihaluskan dan campur sampai merata yah
put the mashed potato and mix it well with the dry ingredients
3. masukan kuning telur dan aduk rata, lalu masukan air dingin tadi lalu masukan garam
add the yolk mix it well, and add the ice water mix it well all with your hands, and add the salt
4. masukan minyak sayur dan adon terus sambil ditambah tepung sampai benar benar kalis yah and ga lengket di tangan
add the cooking oil and mix it all well with your hands, add flour until the dough is not sticky in your hands
5. diamkan selama 30 menit agar adonan mengembang
leave the dough for 30 to allow the yeast to work
6. setelah 30 menit, adonan bisa dicetak dan digoreng.. voila you have your own donat kentang!
after 30 minutes, you can shape the dough into doughnut shape and deep fry it.. and voila you got your potato doughnut!!

- 500 gr tepung terigu (gue biasa pake cakra kembar) dan kadang gue pake lebih yah / all purpose flour (and I add more when i mix the dough until its not sticky on your hand)
- 200-250 gr kentang dikukus & dihaluskan (kira kira 3-4 kentang) / potato, steamed and mashed it
- 100 gr susu bubuk / powder milk
- 100-150 gr gula pasir / sugar
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 sdm/tbs yeast
- 4 kuning telur / egg yolk
- 100 ml air dingin / ice water
- salt

best homemade creamy carbonara pasta sauce
RESEP SAUS CREAMY CARBONARA PASTA
Penasaran pengen bikin creamy pasta yang rasanya kaya di restoran gitu deh... saus creamy carbonara yang gurih dan kental dan ga cuman kerasa susu'nya ajah
okay basically ini resep tanpa krim secara di Indonesia susah nyarinya, gue ganti pake liquid whipping cream yang banyak ada di supermarket
oh ya untuk pastanya terserah yah mau pake pasta apaan, mau spaghetti, fetucinni, bowties, penne, etc etc
Bahan Carbonara Sauce :
2 siung bawang putih cincang halus
1/2 siung bawang bombay besar, cincang halus
basil kering
biji pala bubuk
Olive oil
susu putih segar
Liquid whipped cream alias wihpped cream cair, gue pake ini karena nyari krim susu agak susah yah :)
keju quick melt or any cheese bisa kok
smoked beef
sosis
garam merica secukupnya
tepung terigu & maizena
cara bikin :
1. untuk bikin saus creamy carbonara ini gampang sik tinggal ditumis, pertama panasin olive oil and masukin bawangnya sampe harum
2. masukin deh tuh smoked beef & sosisnya and bubuk basil sedikit
3. masukin susu putih & whipped cream cair aduk2 and sambil masukin sedikit bubuk biji pala
4. ambil 2 sdm tepung terigu and masukin ke dalam sauce and 1 sdm tepung maizena (dilarutin pake air dingin dulu baru masukin ke dlm saus) buat mengentalkan saus
5. terakhir kasih kejunya and as usual kasih garam and merica secukupnya yah
bahan garlic bread :
roti tawar gandum
bawang putih cincang halus
parsley bubuk
olive oil
garam
caranya :
1. campur semua bahan bawang putih, parsley bubuk, garam dan olive oil, aduk rata dan oleskan keatas roti tawar
2. panggang roti tawar yang sudah dioleskan bumbu tadi di kedua sisinya, panggang sampai kering yah
3. potong sesuka hati and voila you got yourself garlic bread :)
