this definitely one of my favorite homemade jam, got the recipe from my grandmother.
its fresh and you can keep it for 1 month :)
BAHAN / INGREDIENTS :
150-200 gram gula / sugar
a pinch of salt
CARA BIKIN / HOW TO :
1. Blender nanas sampai halus, terus campur dengan gula
chopped the pineapple and blend it till smooth, and mix it with sugar and put it on a sauce pan
2. masak dengan api kecil and kasih garam, terus masak sampai air mengering dan berupa selai
cook it with low heat, add a pinch of salt and stir it untill all the water from the pineapple are drained, and voila you got yourself pineapple jam
